Moonlight premiere

OK, according to Wikipedia, the same people who gave us Beauty and the Beast are bringing us this, so can I really say they're ripping off their own stuff?

If I can, Moonlight is Beauty and the Beast by way of The Dresden Files with a slaphappy nod to Spuffy shippers wondering what to watch now that BTVS in all its incarnations is off the air. Forever Knight gets a nod because he fights crime yayz!, and the whole slashbait thing.


Still, who needs a plot when Alex O'Loughlin is teh hawt, as is Sophia Myles, last seen by me as Madame de Pompadour, but more closely resembling Kate Hudson in her current incarnation.

I'll give it a shot. Or three. ;)

Right about the time some bit character would say or do something outrageously lame, they'd cut to Alex O'Loughlin for a reaction shot, and there would be brain fuzz, a staticky sound, and I was loving the show again. ;)

The whole second scene with Josef, the centuries-old vampire twink? I was honestly waiting for clothes to start coming off. They piled on the UST there.
