I read elsewhere that Claudia's not on the Farscape track. She'll be on two Stargate panels, as well as one on her own, and more than willing to answer Farscape questions, no matter what the panel.
IIRC, she was added to the guest list rather late in the game, so that may have made it difficult to try to split her between the two shows, so they went with the most recent. Personally, I'd rather see her in the Farscape reunion, especially since the last Farscape panel I saw, neither she nor Ben where there.
I may actually spend that hour hiking over to the exhibition hall and getting lost for awhile, having walked in behind a group of fans wearing "Daniel and Vala: their love is canon" T-shirts, so I may not be able to withstand her panel. Also, I'm pretty sure I've seen Lani and GiGi befre.
Ugh. You know, pairings don't bother me much in the fandom anymore. I may not like Daniel/Vala but I know some great Daniel/Vala fans and I don't mind people squeeing and having fun with them in fandom.
But when I go to cons, I get really uncomfrtable when I see stuff like that on T-shirts and when I see the fans latch onto the actors and ask embarassing shippy/slashy questions. Even for pairings I enjoy.
I sometimes get uncomfortable with t-shirts and the like, even the official ones. I have a few, but they tend to be more generic ones. I always have it in the back of my mind if I would like to look out into a crowd and see my picture on a bunch of t-shirts. Um. No thanks. That would have to be disconcerting.
I also don't like it when people start asking shippy/slashy questions like a dog with a bone. But it often seems like shippers are asking to get "proof" and the slash-related questions trend towards getting "proof" that it upsets the actors, though slash is a lot more "out of the closet" these days. Personally, I think both are rather rude, but the actors I've seen tend to handle it with class.
I guess I'm too "old school" in how people should act at cons, and I think a lot of the newer fans have no concept of boundaries, partly because of the freedom of discussion they enjoy online. I enjoy that freedom too, but I always keep in mind the actors are actors, not necessarily a fan of the show.
Oh, and I've found that I have more fun at cons in dealer's and exibit rooms just looking around than in most of the actor Q&As. Most of what they talk about, I've already heard online, so it's not news, so I'll only go if it's an actor I have a yen to see.
When I took the kids down to the anime con, Tam and I spent the majority of our time hanging out in the mall food court that was connect the hotel area, the dealer's room wandering around, and sitting in one of the hotel lounges. We both like anime, but we're not huge fans, so most of it went over our heads. I think I'll take a book next time. ;)
I think it boils down to being a rock-ribbed NOROMOS. Seriuosly, people can slash that ship any way they want, and I don't care until they try to make the show all about the ship. I stoutly maintain that UST (romance that is usually not the A or B plot) is badly handled as an ongoing arc and should never be taken as seriously as embarrassing oneself ata Q&A.
I'm not against romance per se, but it is so badly handled in most tv shows. The best ones tend to be established prior to a show's start, such as Wash/Zoe, or an obvious intent from the start, like John/Aeryn. Even with J/A though, we did a quick jump past "will they, won't they" into "now what shall keep our lovers apart?" Lather, rinse, repeat.
I get so tired of the whole UST crap dragging on and on, it's akin to all the storylines that do a conspiracy story that drags on for ages. By the time they reveal an answer, I don't give a good goddamn anymore. [I'm looking at ya, LOST.]

I'm weird like that though.
