I've spent two hours working tickets whose existence proves the automation that is meant to replace me doesn't work or, even better, doesn't yet actually exist.

Given that I spent 20 minutes repeating something into a phone today (well, rephrasing) before getting a person (who took care od the issue in two minutes tops) I really feel this right now.
