Desired resolution: Just bang the device repeatedly on the dashboard. It won't help your service experience, but you might feel better.
Technical lead: No. (clearly wishes for a rolled up newspaper with which to swat)
Me: buzzkill.
Actual response: network is operating as designed. Please investigate as issue with handset or subscriber expectations of wireless service.
