Icon etiquette question

justalurkrOK, so a very nice LJ person put up all sorts of screen grabs from an unaired (in the US, anyway) episode of SGA and I hacked the icon you see on this post out of it. She said in her post that was OK, as long as I credited her.
How does one do that? In the post itself, or the comments on the icon?
And...how's the icon look?
