I still remember when I first heard the concept behind the show, I thought it was going to follow a group of people, that way you could follow one person while another was sleeping or whatever. But they apparently decided to skip the whole sleep concept. ;)
8:00-9:00 Jim Bauer wakes halfway through the hour. Realizes he is late for work and rushes to get ready. Runs out of house without breakfast.
9:00-10:00 Jim's car breaks down on the way to work. He calls Triple A and waits and waits and waits. He calls a friend who might be able to pick him up in an hour or two. Parental discretion advised in this episode due to strong language.
10:00-11:00 It begins to rain. Jim must wait in his car for Triple A.
11:00-12:00 Fustrated at car, late Triple A, late friend and life and general, Jim gets out of car and kicks it. Breaks foot.
12:00-13:00 Jim waits for doctor in emergency room.
13:00-14:00 Jim gets x-rayed. Waits.
14:00-15:00 Waits
15:00-16:00 Jim gets a cast. Jim calls work to find boss is displease at his tardiness.
16:00-17:00 Jim waits then is discharged
17:00-18:00 Jim slips on ice in hospital parking lot.
18:00-19:00 Jim is unconscious
19:00-20:00 Jim is unconscious
20:00-21:00 Jim wakes up and is given pain killers. When boss arrives to check on him, doped!Jim tells boss to go f- himself.
21:00-22:00 Jim naps.
22:00-23:00 Jim naps.
22:00-23:00 Jim learns from visiting co-worker that he is fired.
NEXT SEASON: Jim searches the help wanted adds in the local news paper and takes more painkillers.
