Considering this is an issue that has pretty much stayed in the exact, same horrific place for the past, oh, I dunno decade (at the very least) and I feel confident someone somewhere along the way voiced your opinion in much the same manner, I'm not hopeful it'll ever make a difference.

What a sad pile of little boys trying to hold onto their toys. I often wonder that the reason that it continues to happen is because the authorities are just looking at these geeky little boys and rolling their eyes at them thinking boys will be boys and not realizing them for the trolls they are.

I really liked the title of the article and think that kind of says it all. Authorities need the will and the skill (and the resources) to go after all manner of electronic wrong-doing.

Sadly, even if they had it, wimminfolk gettin' picked on by boys would likely still be at the bottom of their to-do list.
