I have found the perfect A.D.D. breakfast: a 3.75 oz can of sardines in water (drained) on whole wheat crackers.
1. Protein + Omega 3 fatty acids makes the A.D.D. brain happy
2. Packed in water, so lower calorie makes Weight Watchers happy
3. Fish, so makes the cats INSANE.
Seriously, you can't buy entertainment like this.

Date: 2014-01-18 01:02 pm (UTC)I get the packs of skinless and boneless salmon, dump it in a bowl, mix with a little mayo and a touch of black pepper. I like the packs better than the canned, because it's already drained and flaked, you just have to break it up from being compressed in the package. I eat it on crackers. Especially good meal when you're too tired or sick to fix a meal, because even a small amount tends to keep you full for a while.
