justalurkrSo, I had a mini-meltdown the other day (link to that post when I'm back at a regular computer) and am having a moment of self-righteous vindication, because it's her butt hanging out in the breeze and the entire training organization would like to cut her for... Never mind what, it's her butt hanging out and not mine.

Follow up a few hours later: and I mean way out in the breeze. This woman is the picture in the dictionary next to "this is why you have two ears and one mouth" or "best illustration of the need to listen more than you speak."
