I don't know if it's deliberate, but RSL plays the ambiguity so well. I love Wilson more each week.

He is, but he's so damn funny doing it ;-) And so often there's at least an element of truth to it. Sure, we slash hos know the self-loathing comment was a reference to Wilson's love for House, but it works canonically because I do think Wilson has a certain amount of self-loathing re: his wives/affairs.
A nice guy with any moral fiber to him would, I think. Were he canonically gay, Wilson's persistent tendency to beard-wives would be fairly brutal in and of itself.
House and Wilson can be onto me anytime, anywhere.

Yes, I thought that was a good look for Cameron, too, but even more did I enjoy the channeling-House moment with the miserable boy. Stop recruiting, you miserable prick! indeed, which is what she meant to say. Not a nice bone in her body at that moment, and I think she finally got across to him what she's really mad about. I haven't like Cameron that much in a long time!
