Things may be looking up

Wednesday and Thursday of this week, I had the opportunity to perform some user acceptance testing on a tool our group doesn't use very effectively. Thursday, a second level manager (I used to be first level; he would have been my boss or boss's peer) came in to observe and get feedback. I've apparently made a good enough impression on him that he's going to try and find a better use of my brain (almost a direct quote) within the department.

HUZZAH!!!!

edited to add: NaNoWriMo word count is five down, 49995 to go (which is still more than ever I have written before.)

First, I adore the icon.

B., this would all go better if I quit deleting everything that looks like trash. If it weren't for writer's cramp, I'd be scribbling just for the satisfaction of ripping pages from a pad, wadding them up and lofting them near into the trashcan.
