More on Sherlock (BBC)
Jan. 4th, 2012 10:59 pmBeneath the cut is the trailer for the season opener of Sherlock (BBC) A Scandal in Belgravia.
I cannot remember the last time I laughed out loud at a trailer and then the show was even funnier. This is one of those times.
Still having impure thoughts about Benedict Cumberbatch.
Now want to cuddle Martin Freeman.

And know that they are loved?" someone OD'd on the highest quality crackfic available and wrote the first 48 minutes of the show.
After seeing the show, I read up on the flap following All Of That Nudity Before Nine OMG THE CHILDREN over in Britain. Seriously? It's the time of day that turns prudes into nymphos? Miss Adler would be so amused.

Date: 2012-01-08 11:44 pm (UTC)Though I just read recently there's going to be some sort of challenge to the FCC's ruling against fining some channels for "indecent" material. In one case, it was against a show that ran for several years, yet they didn't fine the network for one scene of very fleeting nudity (nothing full on) until long after it was off the air. Might mean a change in the rules, but who knows.
I'm curious to see how PBS will handle the nudity. It's not like there's really any naughty bits on display. You'd see more with a woman wearing a bikini, but apparently knowing there's not a bikini under strategically placed arms and legs makes all the difference.
