Upon being asked if I were interested in moving to the Enterprise group, I first said ''yes'' quite promptly, then wondered when I'd get my comm badge and daily beam-up to work.
Turns out I get to deal with the types of customers who spend about half my annual pay on their phone bill every month, so Enterprise team members are expected to be very tactful and prompt at all times.
We'll see how that goes.
